We are a hydraulics service provider with multiple certificates and fulfil various standards for ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in hydraulics. We undergo regular audits and comply with health and safety measures, regulations for working with hydraulic hose lines and hydraulic liquids, the laws governing water management or DNVGL requirements. You can find out more here about how you, as a customer, can benefit from working with a certified hydraulics service provider like us.
We care about the health and wellbeing of our employees and your employees. In order to protect this, we comply with the industrial safety measures pursuant to DIN ISO 45001 and German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) Regulation 113-020.
Certified self-testers in accordance with DNVGL
However, in some areas additional safety measures are required too. In the maritime industry in particular, special provisions are applicable. This is why our HSR Maritime Centres in Hamburg and Antwerp are DNVGL-certified. This enables us to assemble hydraulic and CO2 hose lines at both locations in accordance with the highest standards of the DNVGL.
The DNVGL Approval of Manufacturer and the Manufacturer Survey Agreement enable us to manufacture lines in accordance with the criteria of the Germanischer Lloyd and to market these without inspection and approval being required from DNVGL. Each individual hose line is pressure tested before being dispatched, which ensures 100% compliance with the highest quality standards of the DNVGL for each hose line. Thanks to our proximity to the port, we have a high level of availability and can manufacture the required hose lines quickly.
Environmental protection in accordance with the Water Management Act (WHG)
However, we are also committed to our responsibility for the environment as particular care and attention is always required when working with hydraulic oils. This is why we chose to obtain certification from TÜV Rheinland in accordance with the WHG. The law governing water management obliges everyone who works with measures that may be associated with an effect on an aquatic environment to exercise the level of care and attention that is required in the circumstances in order to prevent the water from becoming contaminated and to prevent any other negative change to its properties.
This certification as a specialist company is associated with the following requirements:
- regular participation in specialist field events and proof of this = certificate of competence
- that technical equipment is tested in the workshop and/or on the sprinter
- that the hydraulic oil is stored, stored temporarily and also disposed of in collection trays or approved WHG containers and that proof of this is provided
- that operating instructions and risk assessments are provided in the workshop and the sprinter
- that the company has valid business and third-party liability insurance for water pollution for at least EUR 1 million
If you work with us, you can therefore be confident that we take protecting the environment seriously and comply with the requirements.
