Supply chain management
It is clear to us that we are committed to human rights and work on the basis of the principles of internationally recognised standards for responsible corporate governance. We have drawn up a Supplier Code of Conduct for implementation in our supply chains. Download it here. You can find our approach to human rights in our Human Rights Declaration. If you have any complaints or information about human rights or environmental risks, as well as information about violations of human rights or environmental obligations, please contact supplychainhsrde.
As an employer, we are also responsible for safe workplaces and the well-being of our employees here on site. It is clear that we are committed to fair pay and good working conditions. We naturally pay attention to occupational health and safety as well as added value for our employees through offers such as company fitness via Wellpass or job bike leasing. With employee bonuses, we try to let our colleagues share in our success and express our appreciation. To ease the burden on families and increase equal opportunities, HSR offers tutoring for our colleagues' children with their schoolwork.
Signing of the Diversity Charter
We have signed the Diversity Charter - thereby setting an example for diversity in the world of work and against prejudice. The Charta für Vielfalt e.V. association is under the patronage of Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz and is committed to ensuring that people from different backgrounds are treated with tolerance and fairness and given equal opportunities.
Diversity issues are also becoming increasingly important at HSR. And so we want to treat all people openly and without discrimination - regardless of their social or ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation, age or gender!
Our aim is to break down prejudices and recognise the opportunities in diversity. We are delighted to be taking a clear stand by signing the Diversity Charter and taking a first step towards greater diversity at HSR.
